About Wayne.......................

Let me tell you a little about myself and how I landed in your computer as a Life Coach.

During my 15 successful years in the corporate arena I was known as a “relational” manager. I have always been driven to help others succeed in whatever endeavors they deemed most important to themselves. My goal was to understand all of my reports as individuals and to take their entire lives into account whenever I had the opportunity to interact with them.

What I am doing now is an extension of that very same skill set. Only now I am able to work with those of you who have the drive and passion to pursue your dreams and to push yourselves to higher places.

I have been through what I would like to think of as more than my fair share of “life” and have a great deal of empathy for those who are only now going through some of those challenging transitions. I believe it is during these times that we have the greatest opportunity for growth and the “healthier” we can manage ourselves through these times the greater the rewards will be on the other side.

I have a passion for the outdoors and feel that it can be the best environment for coaching as it fosters out of the box thinking and creativity.

All participants must abide by a confidentiality agreement as information shared at these meetings will be considered to be the property of those who come to these sessions. These meetings will be a confidential workspace where anything that is spoken in the session stays in the session. The purpose of these gatherings is to specifically benefit the attendees – information discussed or distributed in these sessions will not be shared or distributed to non-participants unless authorized by the author/presenter. Conversations that take place in the room regarding any personal details will stay in the room. Breaks in confidentiality will result in a ban from further participation.
